This Privacy Policy (the 'Policy') applies to the 7-Ecosystem trading platform (including any applicable mobile applications and websites used to access it) (collectively, the 'Platform') provided by 7-Ecosystem Technology Limited (the 'Company', 'we', 'us' or 'ours').

It describes how the Company collects, uses and discloses the Personal Information that we receive from Users of the Platform and any accounting services provided through the Platform, as well as how we use and disclose this information.

For the purposes of this Policy, "Personal Information" refers to information provided by a User from which the identity of such User can be directly or indirectly determined.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

We collect and process Personal Information about you directly from you when you register to use the Platform or provide such information automatically through your use of the Platform, as well as from third parties to comply with the law or our regulatory obligations.

Such information is used to enforce or enforce our Service Agreement and other agreements, to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Platform and our Users or others, and to facilitate and ensure the provision of services and products offered by the Platform.

INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT DIRECTLY FROM YOU

Several types of accounts can be created on the Platform. We collect the following information when registering an Account: name, mobile phone number, and/or email address.

When your Account meets certain standards, we may collect additional information: name, as in your ID/passport, ID/passport number, date of birth, nationality, mailing address, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address.

We may collect additional financial and investment information from you to confirm your status and eligibility to create other types of accounts or conduct certain transactions on the Platform, including your investment experience, financially related qualifications and training (including any certificates received, issuing organization and date of issue), your annual income level, liquid net worth, estimated net worth, source of funds and source of wealth, and whether opening an account with another financial institution was rejected.

Other necessary information:

We may need to collect certain additional Personal Information to comply with legal requirements, such as whether you are a Politically Exposed Person or are on any list of restricted individuals, as well as applicable tax reporting forms such as W8-BEN.

Contact with us:

We collect information that you provide to us during any support communications and feedback via email or when you contact us through the contact forms on the Platform. We use this information to respond to your requests, provide support, facilitate transactions, and improve our Platform.

Marketing and communications:

This includes your consent and preferences in receiving direct marketing from us and our third parties, as well as your communication preferences.

INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

When you use the Platform, our servers automatically record information using cookies and other tracking technologies, including information that your browser sends each time you visit the Platform or your mobile apps send when you use them.

This log data may include your IP address, the address of the web page you visited before switching to the Platform, the type and settings of your browser, the date and time of your request, information about your browser configuration and plug-ins, language preferences, and cookie data. Such log data is not deleted regularly.

In addition to the log data, we may also collect information about the device you are using for the Platform, including device type, operating system, device settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data.

Geolocation:

If you have provided permission through your mobile device to allow us to collect location information through the mobile app, we may receive information about your physical location in terms of latitude and longitude from technologies such as GPS, Wi-Fi, or the proximity of cell towers.

Security requirements for users:

(a) You must select a secure user identification, password, and PIN code to access your account.;

(b) You must install antivirus, anti-spyware, and firewall software.;

(c) You must regularly update your operating systems and security products.;

(d) You must log out completely and clear your browser cache after completing each online session.;

(e) You must not install software of unknown origin.;

(f) You should not open email attachments from strangers.;

(g) You must not use public computers or Internet cafes to access online services.

You must notify us immediately at support@7suu.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use or access to your Account.

ACCESS RIGHTS, CORRECTIONS AND DELETIONS

You can access, edit, update, or delete your Account or the Personal Information we have collected at any time by accessing your account settings or by sending us an email at support@7suu.com .

We will respond to your requests within a reasonable time, but no later than the time period required by law.
